The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18905 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024 to sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioners had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
