O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to hereby the respondents their men and subordinates from interfering with the day to day activities of the Arupadai Cultural Association situated at 311/3, Melkothakuppam, Pernmapet Taluk, Vellore District except with the due process of law herein.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the President of the Arupadai Cultural Association; the said Association was established in the year 2021 and registered on 22.12.2021 before the District Registrar Office, Vellore in document No.164 of 2021; the Association is involved in social activities encouraging sports among youngsters; however the fourth respondent is frequently interfering with the functions of the Association and causing hardship; a representation has been given in this 2/4
regard on 07.11.2022; since no action has been forthcoming, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the above representation did not reach the hands of the respondents; however, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the representation given by the petitioner which is available in the typeset of papers itself is sufficient for consideration.
5. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
