The petitioners/A3 and A-4, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable originally under Sections 416, 419, 465, 468, 471 and 34 of IPC and later alter into under Sections 416, 419, 465, 468, 471, 34 and 420 of Indian Penal Code in Crime No. 22 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that the petitioners had impersonated as a grandfather of the defacto complainant and had prepared a document in their name and registered it as document No. 250 / 1994 dated 27.04.1994. It had also been stated that subsequently another document had been registered as Document No. 1247 of 2006. The investigation is to be conducted though one of the accused had been granted bail.

3. I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 12.10.2023 vsg C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.
