The petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before concern POCSO Court daily at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.17165 of 2024 dated 08.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
