This petition has been filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.13 of 2019 pending before the Sub Court at Udumalaipet, Tiruppur District and transfer the same to the Family Court, Chennai.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
