The Original Petition No.4046 of 2014 filed by the respondent invoking Section 9 was allowed. Feeling aggrieved, the appellant has come up with the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. We are informed that the respondent died on 06.06.2018. A memo to that effect has also been filed by the learned counsel for the respondent.
