This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in F.I.R in Crime No.200 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation is under progress. During the investigation, the respondent police found the second accused cell phone and they have taken steps for getting call details and the same is yet to be received.

4. On a reading of F.I.R, there are prima facie allegation are made out as against the petitioners. The respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry after receiving the call details, and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law after filing of charge sheet.
