This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 782 days in preferring appeal by the petitioner against the judgement of conviction passed by the learned I Additional District Judge and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore and Sessions Court for Trial of Bomb Blast Cases, Coimbatore (FAC) in S.C.No.160 of 2021 vide order dated 25.04.2023.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 782 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
