This application has been filed by the petitioner to grant leave to receive additional documents viz., (i) Common Fair Order and Decreetal Order in I.A.No.3202 of 2017 & I.A.No.150 of 2018 dated 09.04.2018 (Certified Copy) and (ii) Judgement and Decree in O.P.No.2473 of 2016 dated 24.01.2019 (Certified Copy and mark the same as exhibits.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the materials available on record. None appears for the respondent and the respondent was already set exparte in the main O.P.

3..On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is permitted to mark the documents, however, it should be subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
