This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, particularly, the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner's husband on 11.11.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for allotment order to allot Plot No.243 which has been re-assigned as Plot Nos.167 and 168 in the name of the petitioner's husband and to execute the sale deed.

2. Heard Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned counsel for petitioner and Ms.K.Indumathi Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case 2/4

and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation dated 11.11.2024 and take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
