This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.37 of 2018, on the file of the K-10, Koyambedu Police Station, Transport Investigation Department, Chennai-107.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the first respondent on instructions submitted that the First Information Report has been closed under section 468 [2] of Cr.P.C. and the final report has also been filed before the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.
