Petitioner, who is an accused in a case filed under Section 138 of The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 has filed this petition to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was remanded on conviction warrant and he is in Central Prison, Coimbatore from 05.08.2024. Thereafter, the family members of the petitioner approached the respondent/defacto complainant and resolved the issue and paid a sum of Rs.1.50 lakhs which was agreed and received by the respondent. He has produced the bank transaction details.
3. Today, the respondent/defacto complainant is present in Court.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent/de facto complainant has got no serious objection in allowing the petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
