Savings AC.No.1211155000171277) maintained at Karur Vysya Bank, Vaniyambadi Branch, Thirupathur District in respect of Crime No.91 of 2022 on the file of Inspector of Police, Natrampalli Police Station, Thirupathur District.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to defreeze bank accounts of the petitioner (1. Current Account No.1211135000016590, 2. Savings AC.No.1211155000171277) maintained at Karur Vysya Bank, Vaniyambadi Branch, Thirupathur District in respect of Crime No.91 of 2022 on the file of Inspector of Police, Natrampalli Police Station, Thirupathur District.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the respondent Police freezed three bank accounts. In one of the accounts there is no cash balance and in other two accounts, there is cash balance of Rs.21,535/- and Rs.33,292/-. The investigation is almost completed in this case. The respondent Police would take steps to defreeze the accounts.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to take steps to defreeze the accounts of the petitioner preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
