M.L.Ravi v. Latha Educational Society
W.M.P.Nos. 29996/2022 & 4062 of 2023 IN W.P.No. 28601 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.
The learned Additional Advocate General stated that the District Administration is in control of the School and therefore, no third party interference is required in the management or in the administration of the school or in any manner whatsoever.
2.
As observed by me though the petitioner in the Miscellaneous Petition seems to socially active, let the school and the teachers be left to run the school for the benefit of the students and in W.M.P.No. 2996 of 2022 is only superfluous and hence, it is dismissed. 3.
W.M.P.No. 4062 of 2023 is filed by Kuberan, who is a parent. It would only be appropriate that the writ petitioner and the respondents, namely, the District Administration inform this Court as to the manner in which the school is functioning. As stated in the earlier part, all parents are encouraged to visit the school at any point of time. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J., vsg 4.
I am confident that the school authorities would provide necessary facilities for their temporary stay within the campus. The parents need not be directly impleaded in the Writ Petition. I would rest with the contentions of the District Administration in this regard. Hence, W.M.P.No. 4062 of 2023 is also dismissed.
