O R D E R

The enquiry notice issued pursuant to the Circular No.67 of 2011, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The Circular issued by the Inspector General of Registration has already been withdrawn and therefore, the impugned notice lost its relevance. Thus no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
