This case is covered by the common order passed in a batch of cases in Crl.OP Nos.28458, 16411, 33643 of 2019, Crl.OP.Nos.16389, 16450, 17156, 19918, 20434 of 2020 and Crl.OP.Nos.45,73, 138, 184, 191, 213, 216 , 233, 243, 332 and 349 of 2021, dated 18.01.2021 and the guidelines given therein will equally apply in the present case also and it is left open to the petitioners to work out their remedy accordingly.

2. The interim maintenance amount that was directed to be deposited by this Court is said to have been complied with till date.

3. In view of the above order, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the maintenance amount that was deposited in M.C.No.18 of 2016 before the Court below.
