This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore in Crl.M.P.No.3492 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022 that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days (including holiday) and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an army person and he went to army. Therefore, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner is an army person.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 23.11.2022 vkr To 1.The Principal Sessions Judge, 2/4
