A.No.5079 of 2024 in C.S. No.381 of 2019 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This application has been filed to condone the delay of 225 days in filing the bill of cost in C.S. No.381 of 2019. The plaintiff has obtained a decree in its favour against the defendant and there is a delay in filing the bill of cost.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since the said delay is reasonable one. Therefore, this application has to be allowed as prayed for.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
