This writ petition has been filed to the respondents and his subordinates from interfering with the petitioner taking water to her lands comprised in S.Nos.412/4B, 412/5A4, 411/1A5, 411/1A6, 411/2B2, 411/1D2, 411/1A2, 412/5A2, 412/1, 412/4A, 412/5C2, 411/1A3, 411/1A4, 411/2A1, 411/2A2, 411/2A3, 411/2A4, 411/1D2, 410/6, 411/6B, 423/1, 423/2, 412/2B of Ariyur Village, Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal District from the well situated in the petitioner's land comprised in S.Nos.247A/5 and Page No:2/4

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
