ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, none appeared for the petitioner.
2. Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted by referring Paragraph No.2 of the counter affidavit that the prayer in this writ petition has already became infructuous and they have also forwarded the certificates of the petitioner to the college and the college also informed that they are ready to handover all the certificates of the petitioner. He further submits that probably by this time, the petitioner has received her certificates and due to the same, she is not interested in prosecuting the case.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader and perhaps the petitioner might have received the certificates and this may be the reason for the petitioner's non-appearance before this Court.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for Non-Prosecution. No costs.
