This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24000 of 2022 by order dated 11.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that a case in Crime No.16 of 2022 pending before All Women Police Station, Cuddalore has been renumbered as Crime No.17 of 2022 and now transferred to All Women Police Station, Chidambaram. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24000 of 2022 by order dated 11.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Chidambaram on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
