This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to register a case based on the direction of the Metropolitan Magistrate, for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases (Relating to Cheating Cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore in Crl.M.P.No.2305 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police will register a case and will proceed as per the direction given by the Metropolitan Magistrate, for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases (Relating to Cheating Cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore in Crl.M.P.No.2305 of 2025.
