This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.6336 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24061 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter during the Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances.
