Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner has died. He further submitted that he has no instructions from the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
