C.S.Nos.303, 401 and 403 of 2017 and E.P.No.69 of 2018 (Commercial Division) N. ANAND VENKATESH, J.

Application Nos.3605, 3606 and 3923 of 2021 have been filed in the above three suits seeking for permission to withdraw the amount that was deposited by the garnishee to the credit of the above three suits pursuant to the orders passed by this Court. 2.E.P.No.69 of 2018 has been filed to execute the decree dated 05.01.2018 that was passed against M/s. Ind Barath Thermal Power Limited. In this E.P., the decree holder viz., IL & FS Financial Services Limited has sought for attachment of the amounts that are lying in the above three suits viz., C.S.No.303, 401 and 403 of 2017. 3.Already a convenience set has been filed which will cover the relevant documents pertaining to the applications filed in C.S.Nos.303, 401 and 403 of 2017. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the decree holder in the E.P [Executive Petition] is directed to file a convenience set containing the plaint, the relevant documents and the judgment and decree passed on 05.01.2018.
