The Regional Manager v. Manikandan

C.M.P.No.19878 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.126314 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 168 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.Terry Chella Raja, the learned counsel appears for the first respondent fairly submits that he has no objection to the delay of 168 days being condoned. 3.The learned counsel for the appellant further submits that the second respondent/owner of the vehicle remained ex-parted before the Tribunal and therefore an endorsement is made to dispensed with notice to him. 4.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 168 days is condoned. 5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the first respondent at the time of admission. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
