ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR No.14 of 2017, dated 10.05.2017, on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent, without jurisdiction and gross abuse of process of law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has already completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet, dated 30.01.2019 and it is pending for taking cognizance.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
