CMP No.23198 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant Mr.K.M.Palanisamy.

2. CMP No.23191 of 2023 has been filed to permit the petitioners to bring on record in the above appeal and to array them as appellants 1 to 3 in A.S.No.787 of 2019 as the legal representatives of the sole deceased appellant Mr.K.M.Palanisami.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants/proposed parties and the learned counsel for the first respondent who submits that he has no serious objection in allowing these civil miscellaneous petitions.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
