O R D E R

The petitioner herein after giving a vague paper publication regarding loss of documents and an online complaint is before this Court seeking direction to

register the complaint regarding missing documents and issue non-traceable certificate.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the paper publication and the online complaint do not disclose the necessary information which will help the police to make an attempt to trace the documents. 3.This Court perused the public notice as well as the online complaint. On a complete bereft of details, the petitioner cannot expect police to make a per se enquiry and give non-traceable certificate immediately. If he is really interested in tracing the lost documents, he is supposed to give all necessary informations which will help the police to trace the documents. This writ petitioner appears to be willing to get non-traceable certificate even without disclosing the lawful possession of the document by the petitioner and missing of the documents without his notice or knowledge. If the petitioner gives a complaint with all necessary particulars which is required for tracing the document, the same may be considered by the police and try to trace the documents and file appropriate report after due investigation.
