2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

Mr.M.P.Saravanan, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 188 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.129871 of 2023 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the respondent when the matter is listed for admission.
