This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20020 of 2023 dated 07.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
