The present Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in C.C.No.15922 of 2008 on the file of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai and quash the same.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in-person or through learned counsel. Since the petition is of the year 2017 and by now, nearly four years had lapsed and that there is no representation for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
