ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take criminal action against the Respondents 3 to 7 based on the 4 FIR's in Crime Nos.332 of 2022, 356 of 2022, 472 of 2022 and 599 of 2022, dated 24.03.2022, 31.03.2022, 26.05.2022 and 26.07.2022 respectively, that has been registered by the respondents 1 and 2 also pursuant to the representations made by the petitioner dated 26.09.2022, 27.09.2022, 30.09.2022, 01.10.2022, 03.10.2022, 10.10.2022, 19.10.2022 and 31.10.2022 respectively.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 filed a status report and submitted that there are four cases involved. The investigation has been completed in all the four cases and charge sheet was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Panruti. In that one case, Crime No.356 of 2022 was taken on file and assigned STC No.162 of 2023 and S.R.No. was not yet assigned for the remaining three cases for past 6
months, which are as follows :
