This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 06.04.2023 in Crl.OP.No.4860 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagapattinam, on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the offences are taken cognizance and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates, except for unforeseen circumstances.
