This Court on 02.12.2022, directed the Court below to dispose of the HMOP No. 272 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Now, the Trial Judge seeks further two months time to dispose of the HMOP No. 272 of 2018. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to grant further six weeks time to dispose the above said case.
