The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of this civil revision petition, the main MCOP No.1688 of 2022 on the file of IV Additional District Judge, MACT, Tirunelveli was dismissed for default on 16.09.2025. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this civil revision petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the

petitioners, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
