O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to not to mutate revenue records with respect to the petition schedule property without giving due opportunity to the petitioner and without considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 30.07.2016.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation dated 30.07.2016 to the respondents seeking to mutate the revenue records in respect of the subject property in his name and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2016 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2016, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
