The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.459 of 2022 registered by the respondent for the offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.It is stated that on 9.8.2022 at around 7.45 pm., when the defacto complainant was sitting in a Car stand there was an accident between two two wheelers. The defacto complainant tried to rescue the injured. At that time, the accused person who had caused the accident picked up a quarrel with the de facto complainant. The friends of the accused person also came there and assaulted the de facto complainant. It is also stated that the petitioner is involved in several other cases of similar in nature. I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
