The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.08.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 302 IPC @ 147, 148 and 302 IPC, in Crime No.380 of 2023, seeks bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that petitioner has been arrayed as A9 in this case and remanded to judicial custody on 09.08.2023. He further stated that he is no way connected with the alleged offence and has been falsely roped into this case. Thus, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
3. It is stated that the deceased purchased Ganja and abused the wife of the 1st accused. Thereafter, all the accused persons had joined together in committing the offence stated above. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that this Court had already dismissed the bail application of the other accused. Petitioner had joined with the other accused in attacking the deceased and caused his death. Investigation in this case is not completed.
