This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 131 days in complying the returns and representing the Appeal in A.S.S.R.No.43950 of 2024.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, the delay of 131 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
