2. Petitioner is the Husband and the 2nd respondent is his wife, who has filed petition for maintenance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur. 2nd Respondent is now living in Hosur with her children.

3. On perusing the affidavit and the case records, this Court finds that, it is not a fit case for transferring the pending case from the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur to any other Court at Vellore District, which is neither the place of the petitioner nor the place of the 2nd respondent.
