This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the first respondent to appoint an enquiry officer to initiate appropriate action against the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representations dated 11.09.2024 and 18.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that upon receipt of the petitioner's complaint and considering the age of the petitioner, the respondent police went to the petitioner's residence and made enquiry. Further, the respondent police has also registered the case as against the third respondent.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. 19.12.2024 mfa Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No To
