PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to issue direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.174 of 2019 on the file of second respondent to some other agency to conduct fair investigation to secure the ends of justice.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the F.I.R. was registered on 06.08.2019, there is not much progress in the investigation.

2. In my view, such a ground cannot be sustained for the purpose of transferring the investigation. Nevertheless, if the Investigation Officer is directed to expedite the investigation and complete the same within a stipulated time, the ends of justice could be secured.

3. In the light of the above observation, there shall be a direction to the first respondent herein, to expedite the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation in Crime No.174 of 2019 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
