ORDER

It is represented by the Government Advocate that the matter is closed as civil in nature, particularly, the suit in O.S.No.367 of 2019 is pending between the parties concerned in Cheyyar Sub-Court. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this petition for police protection as prayed for by the petitioner. Resultantly, the criminal original petition is closed.
