This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is filed to extend the time for executing the sureties imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP No.7111 of 2023, by an order dated 14.09.2023, before the learned Judicial Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB and CBCID cases, Egmore, Chennai and also extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.76 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 10.11.2023 to comply the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl OP No.7111 of 2023, dated 14.09.2023, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
