ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings filed in final report No. FR 96/2022 dated 17.05.2022 of the 1st respondent in C.C.No.20/2022, pending trial on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Valparai. 2.When the matter is taken up today for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that A1 to A7 have approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20073 of 2022, and this Court was pleased to quash the proceedings against A1 to A7 vide order dated 19.09.2024, based on which, learned District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate had dismissed the complaint and nothing survives in this petition. Hence, she would seek leave of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28-01-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order kas
