2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 04.01.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28219 of 2022, hence, the anticipatory bail granted by this Court may be cancelled.
3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], the anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 04.01.2023 stands dismissed.
Hence, the respondent police is directed to take necessary action in the manner known to law.
