This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 13.06.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.o.7823 of in Crl.O.P.No.9038 of 2023 on the file of this Court in so far as the condition "petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders" is concerned.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Chengalpattu Sessions Court once in a month on Saturday at 10.30a.m., till the completion of the trial and thereafter as directed by the trial Court during the Court hearing dates, except for unforeseen circumstances.
