This application has been filed to appoint employee of the applicant viz., Mr.Pravin Jivan Rathod, Process Incharge - Legal

Coordination, as Receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or his men, agents, servants from his premises or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises, if necessary.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that already Receiver has been appointed and award is also passed.

3. In such a view of the matter, no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, instant Application is closed. It is open for the applicant to enforce the award as per law.
