3. Despite service of notice and the names of the respondents being reflected in the cause list, none appears on their behalf, either in person or through counsel.

4. Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition seeking to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the above appeal, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
